1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the EXPEDIS AI website or engaging our specialized services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms govern the professional relationship between EXPEDIS AI and our clients regarding the development and integration of AI infrastructure and agentic systems.

2. Professional Services

EXPEDIS AI provides expert consultancy and systems integration for:

  • Design and architecture of Agentic AI workflows.
  • Development of custom autonomous agents.
  • Integration of Model Context Protocol (MCP) infrastructure.
  • AI-optimized digital systems for growth (SEO, GEO, and AEO).

3. Client Responsibilities

Successful deployment of autonomous systems requires active partnership. Clients are responsible for providing:

  • Accurate business logic and workflow parameters.
  • Necessary access to internal systems and data sources (via secure protocols).
  • Final human-in-the-loop oversight for critical automated actions.

4. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in a separate Statement of Work (SOW), EXPEDIS AI retains ownership of its proprietary methodologies and underlying agentic frameworks. Clients receive a perpetual, non-exclusive license to use the specific systems developed for their business operations.

5. AI Reliability & Performance

While we build systems using state-of-the-art models and rigorous guardrail architectures, AI systems are probabilistic by nature. EXPEDIS AI does not guarantee 100% accuracy of AI outputs without human verification. Our systems are designed to augment and automate human workflows, not to replace human judgment in high-stakes decisions.

6. Limitation of Liability

EXPEDIS AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our autonomous systems, including but not limited to loss of profits or data, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
